Publix is a national supermarket grocery chain. I redesigned their wine section with the goal of increasing product sales and content marketing engagement. My process included information architecture exercises, card-sorting and site mapping to determine the various ways users think about wine. The output was an experience that accommodated multiple paths to wine products, for example, pairing wine with food, or selecting wine from a particular region.
